Varnenska perla /sprattus sprattus/ and smoked sprats or marinated herring on polenta canapes and purple potatoes
PRODUCTS: POLENTA, PURPLE POTATOES, BABY CARROTS, EDIBLE FLOWERS, MICROSSI, VARNENSKA PERLA /SPRAT/
AND SMOKED SPRETS ODESOS
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
THE POLENTA AND THE POTATOES ARE BOILED INDIVIDUALLY UNTIL DONE, SHAPED INTO THE DESIRED FORM, THEN PLACE BABY CARROTS AND VARNA PEARLS AND/OR SMOKED SPRETS ON TOP.
YOU CAN DECORATE WITH EDIBLE FLOWERS AND MICROSES IF YOU WISH.
